Our Foundation Installation Process
Building a foundation is a multi-step process that requires precision and attention to detail. Here is how we do it:
First, we excavate the site to the proper depth based on frost lines and soil conditions. We remove soft soil and replace it with compacted fill if needed. Then we install forms and rebar according to the engineering specifications. The rebar provides strength and prevents cracking under stress.
Next, we pour the concrete and vibrate it to remove air pockets. This ensures the concrete fills every corner of the forms and bonds properly with the rebar. We finish the surface and add anchor bolts for framing if needed. After the pour, we monitor the curing process and make sure the concrete reaches full strength before construction continues.
