Services Provided

We provide professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to your project schedule.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that all necessary permits have been obtained before work begins. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or informing us of their locations. Any damage resulting from unmarked utilities is not our responsibility.

You must inform us of any changes to the project scope before work begins. Changes made after work has started may result in additional costs and delays.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete is a natural product and may develop minor cracks or color variations over time. These are normal characteristics and are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit the deposit or incur cancellation fees to cover materials already ordered and scheduling commitments.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
